kbbreview judges 2016

The annual judging for the kitchen & bathroom industry’s premier awards takes place in London on Tuesday 3rd February. This will invite the UK’s best designers to attend an intensive judging process.

This year our very own creative director, Colin Wong, a previous 3 time winner of the awards has been invited to attend as a judge for the 1st time alongside television interior designer, Linda Barker and International kitchen designer, Johnny Grey.

This will be a surreal yet proud moment for Colin who has gone through this rigorous judging process before, ‘I always remember the pressure of turning up at the imposing Riba headquarters, trying to memorise my presentation and preparing myself for the wrath of the judges.

Having said that, it always ended up a great experience and the best advice I can give all the finalists is to relax and enjoy the experience’

The KBBreview awards will take place at a red carpet event on the 7th of March in Birmingham.

We were extremely proud to have been invited in the design of The Posthouse mansion in London two years ago and it is special to see this project now come to fruition.

Having received the brief from Lady Miller of the award-winning Curlon team, we felt that the kitchens and bathrooms needed to be cutting edge yet blend in effortlessly with the classic contemporary interior scheme.

The detailing around the house was extremely painstaking but the results speak for themselves.
